Martin Methodist College:  Marissa Thomason joins the RedHawks this year  for her first season of collegiate competition.

J.B. Pennington High School:  Before coming to Martin Methodist, Marissa played at J.B. Pennington High School in Blountsville, AL under the direction of Coach Murphy.  While at Pennington, she received awards for All-County and All-Area and was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal:  Full name is Marissa Ann Thomason...born January 25th...she is the daughter of Lynn and Beverly Thomason...her major is currently undecided...her hobbies include softball and food...she is an Alabama fan.
