from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama, in 2000 with a MS in Sports Coaching.

- Four year starter at Huntingdon College. The Lady Hawks were ranked in the top 10 in the NAIA polls all 4 years.

- Player of the week as a freshman and a junior. All-Conference short stop 1994 and on the All Tournament Team at the National Tournament in 1994, with a 3rd place finish. Also went to the National Tournament in 1992.

- Coaching career started at Jefferson Davis CC in Brewton, Alabama. Took over the team in February of 1998 posting an 8-37 record and finishing last in the state tournament. The following season the team posted a 32-33 record and a 4th place finish with one all conference player and two Academic All-Americans. Coach Paul's last season there (99-00), the team was 38-18 and finished 3rd in the state tournament with two all conference players and one Academic All-American.

- Coach Paul was also the head volleyball coach at JDCC all 3 years.

- After six seasons as the head coach of the RedHawk softball program, Coach Paul has gone from a 22-25 record during the 2001 season to a 39-19 record during this past season. She has taken the team to five straight post season Region Tournaments.  The past two seasons the team has been a constant in the NAIA Top 25 Poll. In 2005 the program won its first ever TranSouth Conference Tournament Championship and made their first ever NAIA National Tournament appearance.  The team was also ranked as high as No. 11 in the NAIA Top 25 Rankings in 05.  She was named TranSouth Coach of the Year in 2005 and saw the program's first ever All-American player named.   

- In the summer, Coach Paul plays competitive slow-pitch softball. In the USSSA World Tournament in Orlando, FL this past September she was named an All-American player for the second consecutive year.
