Martin Methodist College: Julia Bazi returns for her fourth and final season as a defender for the RedHawks.
2007: Bazi started 18 of her 18 games played last season. She missed the first part of the season due to injury. She scored six goals and had four assists. She scored a goal against Concordia University in the NAIA National Tournament quarterfinals and was selected to the NAIA Region XI 2nd team.
2006: Last season, Bazi started in 19 of her 22 games played. She scored six goals including a goal in the TranSouth Conference Tournament Championship game which the RedHawks defeated Bethel College 2-1. She also tallied 12 assists on the season.
2005: Bazi started in 19 of her 24 matches played, while finishing third in goals scored with 13. She posted three multiple-goal games, scoring two goals in matches against Thomas University, Robert Morris College and in the TranSouth Championship against Cumberland University. She also collected seven assists on the season, including two against Union University. She was also named to the TranSouth Conference All-Tournament Team.
High School: Prepped at Westfields Sports High School in Sydney, Australia under the direction of Trevor Morgan. While there, she was a member of the All-Region team and All-State team from 1998-2003, Australian School Girls teams from 2000-03, and was on the winning team for the Puma Shield Cup and Commenweath Cup for six straight years. Academically, she finished first in her psychology and photography classes her senior year.
