Martin Methodist College: Someya returns for her second season with the RedHawks after leading the team in scoring her freshman year. 2004: A Second Team All-American selection, Someya led the RedHawks' offensive attack with 22 goals and 19 assists. She appeared and started in 19 games last fall, collecting 77 shots, 45 of which were on goal. She also led the team with four game-winning goals. During the summer she competed with the Richmond Kickers Destiny team.
High School: Preped for coach Takuya Kojima at Yachiyosyoin High School in Japan. She also competed as a member of the U-19 prefecture team in Chiba, Japan.
