Martin Methodist College:  Renato Castro returns to Martin Methodist for his second season with the RedHawks.

2007: Last season, Castro played in seven games for the RedHawks. He made his first collegiate assist against Freed-Hardeman on September 18th.

High School:  Before coming to Martin Methodist, Castro played for Colegio Obgelivo in Paraguacu Paulista, Brazil.

Personal:  Full name is Renato Gomes Castro...born November 9th...he is the son of Antonio and Vanda Castro...he is majoring in Physical Education...he enjoys listening to music, playing soccer and tennis, and watching movies, his favorite movie is Saw I, his favorite team is Sao Paulo.
