The Champions of Character Program at Martin Methodist College is designed to assist those influenced by sports to "know the right thing, do the right thing, and value the right thing" inside and outside of the sports setting.It is the intent of this program to have our NAIA student-athletes, coaches and staff exhibit exemplary character and sportsmanship in all athletic settings.As a result of this program, Martin Methodist College's goal is to become the leading institution in the nation, known for our strong character skills and our efforts to produce these skills.
Mission Statement: The MMC Champions of Character Program Center will create an atmosphere and environment in which all student-athletes, coaches, administrators, officials, fans, and visitors are exposed to and participate in the true spirit of athletic competition through the demonstration of respect, integrity, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership. Its first commitment is to teach, reinforce and monitor strong character skills with both our students, coaches and staff members. Second, it will deliver the five strong character skills to the youth leagues, middle schools and high schools age youth of Giles and surrounding counties.

Women's Basketball Sends Donations to Bolivia
PULASKI, Tenn. (9/7) -- Coach Jamy Bechler and the Martin Methodist women's basketball program recently donated uniforms and basketballs that are no longer being used to missionaries in Bolivia. Jason Brink is a former coach who led Newberry College to four NCAA-II Tournament appearances in 6 years (one of which was with Coach Bechler as his assistant).
Martin Methodist Builds Cardio Center in CLC
PULASKI, Tenn. (8/3) - Martin Methodist College is proud to announce the new upcoming cardio center in the Curry Christian Life Center, scheduled to open September 19, 2011. After careful planning, Martin Methodist College has decided to build a cardio center in the upper area in the gym. This area is going to increase the amount of workout for our students, faculty and staff, and our community. The bleachers were removed and donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Pulaski, Tennessee.

PULASKI, Tenn. (7/9) - When the tragic and unimaginably destructive tornadoes swept across the Tennessee Valley earlier this year, Martin Methodist College knew it would be involved in the immediate rebuilding and healing process for those who were impacted by the storms.
Annual RedHawk Soccer Academy a Big Success!
PULASKI, Tenn. (6/20) - Entering his ninth season as a head coach at Martin Methodist College, MMC men's soccer coach Gerry Cleary has experienced levels of success that have been unparalleled at MMC, both on and off the field. Whether it is success in the classroom or success on the soccer pitch, Cleary's squads have always striven to set lofty benchmarks for the rest of the Pulaski community.
