Every four years our traditional calendar has a mandatory adjustment it makes to keep pace, which takes place with the additional full 24 hour day, February 29^th. As you know this given year is referred to as Leap Year. I challenge you to consider using this 2012 Leap Year month of February as a time to make alterative and challenging adjustments in your thinking and reasoning within your day-to-day agenda. Maybe view this through the eyes of Walt Disney's quote:  "Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things… and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."
