Grant Fairchild

Grant Fairchild begins his fourth season as Head Athletic Trainer for the Martin Methodist College Athletic Department. Fairchild is a 1999 graduate of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Sports Medicine / Athletic Training. While at Southern Miss, Fairchild served as a student trainer for three years with football, men's basketball, softball, volleyball, track and field, and baseball teams.
Grant is also a 2001 graduate of Augusta State University with a Master's Degree of Education in Exercise and Sports Science. While at Augusta State, Grant served as Athletic Trainer for all women's sports and earned his Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification.
A native of Meridian, Mississippi. Fairchild graduated from West Lauderdale High School in 1996. Fairchild is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, Southeastern Athletic Trainers Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Fairchild enjoys relaxing, basketball , and running.
