Trueff McConnell College: Wilkins played for two years at TMC under the direction on Coach Truehart and Coach Sharpe. We was named Player of the Year, All-Conference, 3rd Team All-American, and was the Homecoming Queen.
High School: Wilkins played high school ball at Cartersville High School in Cartersville, GA under the direction of Coach Donna Enis. She was a MVP and also was the first female to receive the Locke Award.
