Enterprise-Ozark Community College: Moorer led Enterprise to a regular season conference championship and the Alabama Junior College State Championship while playing for Coach Jimmy Messer. He averaged 14 points and 6 rebounds while being named to the All-Tournament team by leading his team to a 27-6 overall record including a 17-1 conference record. During his freshman campaign, he led Enterprise to at 23-8 overall record and a 14-1 conference record. His two year total records from Enterprise are 50-14 overall and a 31-2 conference record. 

Central Hayneville High School: Moorer prepped at Central Hayneville and led his high school team to the Alabama High School State Tournament during his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons capping his last year with the Alabama Class 4A State Championship for Coach Tito Baker. He was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. 

Personal: Moorer, a biology major, is the son of Willis and Cynthia Moorer.
