Martin Methodist College: Josh Conatser returns to the RedHawks for his third season of competition in the red and white, after serving as a redshirt in 2005.

2007:

2006: As a freshman, he was one of six players to play in 33 games and hit over .300, as he posted a .308 average, 21 RBI, one home run and eight doubles.

Harpeth High School: During high school, he played ball at Harpeth for Brad Frazier, where he hit .360 with nine homeruns and 30 RBI his senior season and was named to the All-District Team. In addition to baseball, he was a two-year All-Region linebacker, and the MVP linebacker for their Region in football his senior year.
