Martin Methodist College: Chris Street returns for his second season in a RedHawks uniform after serving as a reliever and infielder in 2005.
Spring Hill High School: In 2004, he played for Spring Hill under Coach Hayes. There, he started at shortstop since three seasons, hitting .540 with eight homeruns his senior year, and pitching with a 0.58 ERA during seven outings. He was an All-District selection in 2003 and 2004.
Personal: Born July 21, 1985 in Columbia, Tenn... He is the son of Terry and Susan Street... Major is currently undecided... His hobbies include being outdoors.
Coach Ogilvie’s Comments: "Look for Chris to have a good season on the hill for MMC. He could be one of the three conference starters on the weekends or could use him as our closer. He has been slowed this Fall with some arm problems and did not work much on the mound. We'll evaluate his status early and let him go at it. He has tremendous potential to be a top pitcher in the league."
