Coach Ogilvie’s Comments: "Alan will start the season at first base but can contribute as a catcher or in the DH role. He could hit anywhere in the line-up but will be expected to drive in runs for the RedHawks in 2006. A solid individual both, on and off, the field, we expect Alan to have an excellent Senior Season in 2006. He's the only married player we have on the team, and makes the commitment to be at every practice and event the team is a part of. We did give him a few days off for the wedding and his Honeymoon. He led the RedHawks in RBI’s in 2005, and we expect him to compete for that title this year."
